The Royal Queensland Geographical Society will be visiting SA on 1 May 2026 for a 5-day voyage on the paddle steamer Proud Mary on the River Murray. On the Saturday 2 May there will be a special day excursion to the historic River Port Goolwa to celebrate the era of steam that provided vital links in the early colonial period.
