The Executive and Administration Committee’s role is to ensure that the Executive officers of the Society are aware of key issues affecting the Society and to oversee the Society’s administrative functions.
In particular the Executive and Administration Committee is charged with;
Providing ongoing support and advice to the Office Manager as and when required.
Overseeing the Society’s strategic directions and supporting the Director as and when required.
Advising the Council and the Director regarding strategic directions and priorities.
Providing such other advice as the Council or the Director may from request periodically regarding the daily, administrative or regular affairs of the Society.
Advising the Council of any matters of note that have come to its attention since the last Council meeting.
